§ 10-106. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person, association, partnership or corporation to engage in, conduct or carry on, in or upon any premises within the city any of the adult entertainment establishments without a license so to do. No license so issued shall condone or make legal any activity under this article if the activity is deemed illegal or unlawful under the laws of the state or the United States.
