§ 10-116. Fees.

There is hereby established a nonrefundable fee in an amount listed in the schedule of fees and charges to be submitted with any and every application to operate an adult entertainment establishment pursuant to the ordinance providing for the insurance of such license. The annual renewal fee for any such license shall be an amount listed in the schedule of fees and charges.
