§ 26-31. Scope; applicability of article.

This plan sets forth the policies and procedures for coordinated county/city emergency and disaster operations, plus the preparations for executing all such emergency or disaster functions other than functions for which military forces are primarily responsible. This plan is applicable to any natural or manmade emergency situation.
