§ 26-39. Activation.

Latest version.

This emergency operations plan will be activated when such action is:
(1)

Directed by the chairman, county commissioners, or the county emergency management director under the direction of the chairman; or

(2)

An emergency or disaster that affects this county is declared by the governor of the state.
