§ 2-36. Agenda; citizen appearances.

The agenda for regular meetings of the city council shall be prepared on the Friday before the scheduled meeting. Citizens desiring to bring business before the council shall notify the city clerk by noon Thursday, the day before, in order to include the business on the agenda for consideration by the city council. The presiding officer at such meeting shall have the discretion to recognize any person attending a city council meeting.
