§ 2-136. Management powers, number, qualification and term.

The property, affairs and business of the downtown development authority of the city shall be managed by its directors consisting of seven persons, appointed from time to time as provided by law (O.C.G.A. § 36-41-1). The qualifications of the directors shall be as provided by law. Each director shall serve for the length of time provided by law.
