§ 6-3. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Latest version.

Any person who shall submit a false or fraudulent return required by this chapter; or who shall assist any person to evade the payment of any license tax provided in this chapter; or who shall conduct in the city the business of selling, shipping or distributing by wholesale or selling by retail malt beverages or wines or distilled spirits after his license so to do has been revoked; or who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-11.
