§ 6-49. Issuance; location restrictions.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to issue any license for the sale of malt beverages and/or wine in the city within 300 feet of the grounds of any church, school or school ground.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to issue any alcoholic beverage license for the sale of distilled spirits in the city within 300 feet of the grounds of any church and within 600 feet of any school as defined in O.C.G.A. § 3-3-21, as amended.
