§ 6-148. Employer's responsibilities for employees.

  • (a)

    It shall be the duty of all persons holding any license to sell malt beverages, wine or distilled spirits to file with the clerk of the city the names of all employees, with their home address and home telephone numbers and places of employment. Changes in the list of employees, with the names of the new employees must be filed with the clerk before the date of any such change. No new employee shall be allowed to sell malt beverages, wine or distilled spirits under this chapter until the provisions of this subsection are complied with.

    (b)

    The licensee is responsible for the conduct or actions of his employees while in his employment.
