§ 10-117. Advertising and posting.

The premises for which a license is sought shall be posted with a notice in a form prescribed by the mayor for at least 21 days prior to the hearing before the city council. In addition, a newspaper advertisement shall be published in a form prescribed by the mayor at least once in the newspaper a minimum of ten days prior to the hearing before the city council.
